Hi everybody!

We will begin tomorrow night at Cactus Café at 7:30PM, get there early and put your name in the ‘hat’ to play if you are a registered performing artist. This evening will be hosted by Paul Barker.

I will be heading to Austin tomorrow afternoon and will be at the hotel form then on. You can still call the office # with questions, if they can’t answer they will send you to my cell.

Thursday is open mic by the pool hosted by Butch Morgan from 6:30 – 10PM and then a showcase from 10:30 – 2AM in the ELC Room in the hotel, again hosted by Paul Barker.

A full schedule of who is playing that was included in the last email and of course will be in your Program Book. I am also sending it to our web guy to put on the site.

I think all of the rooms have finally settled out and we are good to go with all of the In-Room Showcase suites.

We are really looking forward to seeing all of you for a great weekend.
